(1) Can the minister confirm that Western Power has not issued any work order for customer-funded headworks in the Albany region in the past two months? (2) What is the reason for this, and when will Western Power start re-issuing work orders? (3) How many contractors and subcontractors in Albany have been affected by this issue?
