Hon Norman Moore asks the Premier to list all obligations BHP Billiton will be relieved from under the State Agreements listed in the BHP Billiton (Termination of Agreements) Agreement Bill 2005. The Premier responds that BHP Billiton will be released from all obligations because the activities under those agreements ceased some time ago.

BHP Billiton Ltd and BHP Billition Minerals Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries will be released from all obligations under the State Agreement Acts listed in the BHP Billiton (Termination of Agreements) Agreement Bill 2005 because the activities under those State Agreements ceased some considerable time ago.
