I refer to the ongoing research program being carried out by the Western Australian Museum, the Water Corporation and the Tourist Commission to monitor 14 Baudin’s Cockatoo nests throughout the South-West of Western Australia, and I ask -
(1) Where are these 14 nests located?
(2) Have any further nests been identified?
(3) If yes to (2), where are they located?

(1) The 14 nests being monitored are located at: Frankland (4 nests), Serpentine Hills (2 nests), Kojonup (1 nest), Nannup (3 nests), Denmark (1 nest), Donnelly River (3 nests).
(2) Yes. 7 further nests were located in the 2009-10 breeding season.
(3) Wungong Catchment (2 nests) and near Margaret River (5 nests). There is an additional previously identified nest at Frankland.
