1494. Hon JACQUI BOYDELL to the parliamentary secretary
representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to health campuses and
hospitals in Broome, Kalgoorlie, Port Hedland and Karratha. From 1 July this
year to date, for each month and health campus, please identify —
(a) how many code blacks occurred,
and the reason for each activation;
(b) how many code black alphas
occurred, and the reason for each activation;
(c) how many code yellows occurred,
and the reason for each activation; and
(d) how many code browns occurred,
and the reason for each activation.
