(a) Verve Energy, Western Power and Horizon Power.
(b) For January - March 2010, Western Power received 21,594 referrals costing $42,756.12 (including GST).
In addition to the fees payable to Dial Before You Dig, Western Power provides representatives to support the effective operation of the service by way of:
· A quarterly Ordinary Members Directors' Meeting.
· A quarterly Ordinary Members Committee Meeting.
· Dial Before You Dig operators to respond to customers requests/enquires.
Horizon Power pays invoices on a fee for referral basis. For January - March 2010, Horizon Power received 919 referrals and paid $1,819.62 (including GST).
Verve Energy pays a direct fee of $100 per quarter (including GST). This fee assumes that no more than 50 referrals are received per quarter. If more than 50 referrals are received per quarter, the fee is calculated at the rate of $2.55 per referral.
