AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(a)–(c)
The Building Commission deals with three types of complaints: building services
complaints, Home Building Contracts Act 1991 complaints and disciplinary
complaints. For each of the following years, the Building Commission lawyer
FTEs are: 2012–13, approximately 0.6 lawyer FTE for disciplinary
complaints; 2013–14, approximately 0.7 lawyer FTE for disciplinary
complaints; and 2014–15 to date is approximately 0.8 lawyer FTE for
disciplinary complaints.
