(1) Was the former Treasurer provided with a second vehicle?
(2) If yes to (1), has the former
Treasurer returned a vehicle; and, if yes, what has happened to it?
(3) If no to (2), is the former
Treasurer making any payment for the second vehicle allocated to him?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question.
(1) Yes. The
former Treasurer was provided with a second vehicle for electorate use, under
section 4.2 of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal's determination for
the remuneration of members of Parliament.
(2) The former
Treasurer's ministerial vehicle remains in the hands of Western
Australia Police as part of its investigation into the damage sustained on the
weekend of 22 and 23 February 2014.
(3) Not applicable.
