I refer to questions on notice Nos 338, 337, 336 and 335 of November 27 2002 -
(1) Given the Minister provided an answer without answering the questions stating ‘It is premature for the Minister for State Development to respond to the report titled ‘Ministerial Inquiry into Greenfields Exploration in Western Australia’ November 2002, which was chaired by John Bowler MLA, until after the period for public comment which closes on December 16 2002, and until the Government has had the opportunity to prepare a response will the Minister now provide answers to all the questions?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
