I thank the member for some notice of this question. Request for tender DPC1207 for the provision of mental health services for people from new and emerging culturally and linguistically diverse communities was advertised on 14 February 2007 in The West Australian and on 13 February 2007 in Community Newspaper Group publications. The RFT was also placed on the government contracting information bulletin board. The RFT closed on Wednesday, 14 March 2007. A three-year service agreement has been entered into with the Multicultural Service Centre of Western Australia as the preferred RFT respondent.
