Family and domestic violence—System reform plan
1251. Hon Michelle Boylan to the minister representing
the Minister for Women:
I refer to Strengthening Responses to Family and Domestic Violence:
System Reform Plan 2024 to 2029 commitment to twice yearly public
reporting and the announcement on Sunday of a sexual violence strategy that
promises an outcomes framework and better data.
(1) What measurable outcomes will be used to
determine whether the strategy is reducing sexual violence?
(2) Will the minister table by the end of this
financial year the baseline data and targets required to assess progress on the
sexual violence strategy?

been provided by the Minister for Women.
(1) The Sexual
Violence Prevention and Response Strategy 2025–2035 commits,
through the First Action Plan , to developing
an outcomes measurement framework to support evaluation of the strategy and
monitor system-level outcomes for the Western Australian population.
(2) It is anticipated that public reporting will occur
in line with the commitments outlined in the strategy and First Action Plan .
