I refer to the MPRA report which states, ‘In practical terms, the ecological and social objectives of the Maud Sanctuary Zone means no significant damage by human activities to sensitive coral communities; ‘no’ discharge or introduction of unnatural substances or organisms to the waters or sediments’ and ask why the Minister has not directed that a report be prepared on the effect of the leech drains and sewerage ponds that are used by land-holders at Coral Bay settlement?
