1. The Minister may have had contact with Ms Edwardes at private functions or Liberal Party events, on which occasions no Ministerial business was discussed.
2. The Principal Policy Adviser met with Ms Cheryl Edwardes, in her capacity as Chair of the Victims of Crime Reference Group, this meeting was attended by other Reference Group members.
