The members of the transport committee were Terry Martin, former chair of the Western Australian Planning Commission; Greg Martin, Director General, Department of Planning and Infrastructure; Menno Henneveld, Commissioner of Main Roads Western Australia; Barry McKenna, local government representative; Chris Tatam, transport engineer; Paul Frewer, senior state government planner; and Carey Curtis, lecturer, integrated planning and transport, Curtin University of Technology. The first four members are identified in the legislation as ex-officio members of the committee, and the others are appointed by the commission because of their expertise in specific areas.
