I refer to drug related incidents in connection with liquor licenced premises, and I ask: (a) for each of the financial years from 2021-22 to 2024-25, how many liquor licence holders have had conditions imposed, suspended, or cancelled due to drug-related incidents on their premises; and (b) for the same period in (a), how many compliance inspections at licenced venues detected drug-related offences or activity?

(a) One.
(b) The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety advises they are unable to provide a response to this part of the question as detecting drug-related offences or activity at licenced venues falls outside of the Department’s remit, and falls under the responsibility of the Western Australian Police Force.
