parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
(1) Can the
Minister for Transport advise whether new taxi booking smart-phone applications
will need to be approved as a taxi dispatch process in Western Australia in
order to operate within current legislation?
(2) Is the
government considering any change to legislation in order to accommodate such
applications within Western Australia?
