I refer to the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure's "Customer Feedback Management Policy", which says that the Department will "Provide accessible, transparent and accountable processes", and the E104 - General Feedback, Compliments and Complaints Form, both of which are accessible on the Department's website as of 22 October 2025, and I ask: (a) for each of the following years, how many contacts using the E104 form (or, if replaced, its predecessors) were received in total: (i) 2024-25; (ii) 2023-24; (iii) 2022-23; and (iv) 2021-22; and (b) noting that the E104 form includes an "enquiry type" question with the options being "compliment", "complaint", and "general feedback", how many of the forms were submitted with the "complaint" category selected, for each of the years in (a)?
