(1) For the period February 1993 to February 2001 the Health Department of Western Australia reported 22 matters to the Anti Corruption Commission pursuant to Section 14 of the Anti Corruption Act 1988 (formerly Section 7F of the Official Corruption Commission Act). (2) Of those cases reported 3 have been subject to the process of a discipline inquiry pursuant to the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
