(1) The Conservation Commission of Western Australia, as the nominated proponent for the Forest Management Plan 2004-2013, will be responsible for compiling the mid-term audit of performance report. Data collation to inform the development of the report will be sourced from agencies responsible for implementing the Plan.
(2) Work on the mid-term audit of performance report will be undertaken within existing Department of Environment and Conservation and Conservation Commission resources. It is not possible to indicate the precise number of full-time equivalent positions working on the audit, as there will be contributions from a large number of staff.
(3) Work has commenced on the mid-term audit of performance report.
(4) - (6) In compliance with Ministerial Condition 2-2, the mid-term audit of performance report will be submitted to the Environmental Protection Authority by 31 December 2008. The Authority will determine the public comment process.
