Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(a-d) The officer was seconded to the Department to undertake an exercise coordination role working in partnership with key government agencies and industry to assist the State to meet its obligations under national counter-terrorism arrangements.
The officer concerned has considerable experience in exercise management and has since been appointed to a full-time position within the Department as Principal Project Officer-Exercise Coordination.
