I refer to the Labor Business Roundtable held on 8 June 2017 and ask did the Premier attend the roundtable event, and if so: (a) Did any Ministerial staff accompany the Premier, if so who attended; (b) Did the Minister's office submit a "Driver Request Form" in order to attend or be picked up from this event, if so when was this form submitted; and (c) Did the Minister attend or get picked up from this event by a government owned or leased vehicle driven by an Executive Transport Officer or staffer?

No.
While there are an increasing number of Labor attendees at the event, the Prime Minister may take umbrage at the accusation that the Council of Australian Governments Dinner is a Labor Business Roundtable event.
