(1) In which Homeswest regions are the three units that have been completed located, and how many are in each region? The Department of Housing advises — (1) Under the stimulus package provided by the state government, 15 units have been completed as follows: metropolitan Fremantle, five; southern, five; south west, four; and, Pilbara, two. (2) Under the stimulus package provided by the state government, 139 units are under construction. This is in addition to the 15 completed properties detailed in the answer to (1). Those 139 units are located in the following areas: metropolitan north, 42; metropolitan Fremantle, 25; metropolitan south east, 10; southern, 5; south west, 18; wheatbelt, 23; mid-west/Gascoyne, two; and, Pilbara, 14.
