I presume the Honourable Member is referring to development applications and my answer is provided on that basis. (1) Yes. (2) Westrail has received development applications for the construction of towers as follows: Location - Date - Received from Midland - 19 May 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. East Perth - 02 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Cottesloe - 12 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Guildford - 12 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. East Guildford - 12 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Kelmscott - 12 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Middle Swan - 13 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Cockburn - 14 June 2000 - Ove Arup and Partners. Kenwick - 26 June 2000 - Rizzo and Associates. I understand that development applications for the construction of towers on the railway reserve have also been received by the Department of Land Administration and for details of those applications the Honourable Member should refer this question to the Honourable Minister for Lands.
