684. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the answer to my question without notice on 11 May
2023 in which the house was informed that the Prisoners Review Board cancelled
the parole of violent sex offender Kiernan Donnelly on only 13 April,
notwithstanding that his whereabouts were confirmed as unknown on 6 February
2023 and that a return-to-prison warrant was issued the following day.
(1) Has the Western
Australia Police Force now finalised the execution of the return-to-prison
warrant by locating and processing the offender?
(2) If yes, on what date was he arrested?
