Criminal property confiscation
478. Hon Dr Brian Walker to the parliamentary secretary representing the Attorney
General:
I refer the Attorney
General to the agreement between the government and the Director of Public
Prosecutions in relation to bonus payments linked to criminal confiscation
targets.
(1) Will the Attorney General table the
current agreement?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If no to (1), will he at least share
with the house the targets for each of the years covered by the most recent
agreement, and if not, why not?
