Growers Association, WA Farmers Federation, Pastoralists and Graziers
Association, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Minerals and Energy,
Irrigation Association of WA, Western Australian Fruit Growers Association,
Australian Water Association, Ord Irrigation Cooperative, Nursery and Gardens
Association, Western Australian Local Government Association, Gascoyne Water Cooperative,
Chamber of Fruit and Vegetable Industries in WA, Busselton Water Board, Aqwest,
Water Corporation, Harvey Water, Environmental Defender's Office,
Conservation Council of WA, natural resources management groups, Department of
Environment and Conservation, Office of the Environmental Protection Authority,
Department of Agriculture and Food, Swan River Trust, Department of Planning,
Department of State Development, Department of Mines and Petroleum, and Office
