(a) how many staff were, or are, employed (full-time equivalent), by region, in the ASBIT team in the following financial years:
(i) 2009–2010;
(ii) 2010–2011; and
(iii) 2011–2012;
(b) how much money has been allocated to support the ASBIT team in the following financial years:
(i) 2009–2010;
(ii) 2010–2011; and
(iii) 2011–2012;
(c) how many tenancies, by region, have ASBIT supported in 2009–2010;
(d) how many tenancies, by region, have ASBIT supported in 2010–2011; and
(e) as at 29 February 2012, how many tenancies, by region, have ASBIT supported in 2011–2012?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) The number of full time equivalent staff in the ASBIT team (by region):
(i) South East Metropolitan 3
South Metropolitan 3 (commenced in May 2010)
(ii) South East Metropolitan 3
South Metropolitan 3
(iii) Nil.  The Disruptive Behaviour Management Unit commenced in May 2011.
(b)(i)-(iii) The temporary ASBIT positions for each Region included one Level 5 and two Level 3 FTE officers. All administration and resource expenditure was absorbed in existing Regional budgets.
(c) Regions provided the ASBIT with the following number of referrals in 2009-10:
South East Metropolitan 101
South Metropolitan 18
(d) Regions provided the ASBIT with the following number of referrals in 2010-11:
South East Metropolitan 109
South Metropolitan 36
(e) Nil
