Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(1) As at 24 April 2009 there were 43 people working in the Cabinet and Policy Division of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
(2) (a) One (continuously employed as of 25 May 1998)
(b) 29 (including secondments and placements)
(c) 7
Note: There are 6 officers who are on fixed term contracts under the PSM Act.

(b-c) For four staff the home agency of the secondee pays the salary and seeks a recoup from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet including the cost of leave entitlements. Those departments are:
