(1) This question should be directed to the Minister for the Arts.
(2) Red Dog, filmed in the Pilbara Region of the State. The project benefits the Pilbara Region, the State of Western Australia and Australia as a whole through direct expenditure during production and being showcased at a number of international film festivals. Royalties for Regions funding was $295,000.
Drift, filmed primarily in the South West Region of the State. The project benefits the South West Region, the State of Western Australia and Australia as a whole through direct expenditure during production and the expected exposure through international distribution of the film upon release. Royalties for Regions funding was $750,000.
