In relation to the $1.12million pilot Artist-In-Residence (AIR) grants program, I ask:
(a) what was the financial contribution to the program from the Federal Government through the Australia Council or other sources;
(b) what was the financial contribution from the State Department of Culture and the Arts; and
(c) what was the financial contribution from the State Department of Education?

(a) The Australia Council has provided $1.12million over four years for direct grants of 4 x $100,000 and 24 x $30,000.
(b) The Department of Culture and the Arts has provided $230,000 cash contribution over four years towards marketing, promotion, case studies and evaluation. The Department of Culture and the Arts has additionally provided in-kind contributions through grants administration, client support and associated salaries.
(c) The Department of Education has provided $24,000 cash contribution over four years towards payment of panel members. The Department of Education additionally has provided in-kind contributions and associated salaries.
