I refer to all contracts between the Department of Corrective Services and private companies entered into under the auspices of the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999 or the Prisons Act 1981 , and ask: (a) what is the name of all private companies providing contract or subcontract services under the Court Security and Custodial Services Act 1999 or the Prisons Act 1981 ; (b) what is the nature of the work they are contracted or subcontracted to perform; (c) on what date was the contract entered into; (d) on what date does the contract expire; (e) do any of the companies outlined in (a) provide any services to Serco in addition to any contracts with the Department of Corrective Services; and (f) if yes to (e), which companies?
