I refer to page 35 of the Swan River Trust’s 2012–2013 annual report, which states that three Trust members declared a conflict of interest in three items, and ask: (a) which Trust members declared a conflict of interest; (b) in which items did each of these Trust members declare an interest; (c) did these Trust members step aside from considerations of proposals, as well as the final decision making, in these particular items; and (d) what is the quorum required for Trust decisions?
