Regarding vehicles supplied to officers in the Department of
Mines and Petroleum, I ask: (a) will
the Minister please provide the following information: (i) make
and model of all vehicles supplied; and (ii) to
whom they are supplied; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) what
are the costs to the department for maintaining and providing the vehicles; (d) are
there policy guidelines in relation to the type and model of vehicles that may
be supplied to officers in the department; (e) if
yes to (d), will the Minister table the policy guidelines; (f) if
no to (d), why not; (g) if yes to (d), do the vehicles supplied and
listed in (a) meet the policy guidelines; and (h) if
no to (g), why not?
