(1) On what dates has this matter been considered by a Magistrates Court? ‘ (2) In which Magistrates Court, and before whom, was the matter heard? (3) On how many occasions has the matter been postponed in the Magistrates Court? (4) On each occasion, which party sought the postponement? (5) What were the reasons for seeking a postponement?
