I refer to the 'Government Regional Officer Housing Program' (GROH) website, and ask: (a) For each of the last five financial years, please outline the number of GROH properties that were purchased by government employees who were previously residing in the property. Please provide this data disaggregated by location; and (b) For each of those years, please outline the profit, if any, made from the sale of those GROH properties purchased by government employees, reported per location?

a) 2020-21, 4; 2021-22, 3; 2022-23, 0; 2023-24, 0; 2024-25, 0.
The houses were located within the Shire of Carnarvon, Shire of Broome, City of Karratha, Shire of Harvey, Shire of Manjimup, and the City of Albany.
b) This data does not form part of regular reporting and is unable to be verified.
