Note: Child and Adolescent Community Health is no longer part of South Metropolitan Area Health Service - Armadale Health Service. For Questions 1 and 2 the data is for the current Child and Adolescent Community Health Services that aligned to the old Armadale Health Service boundaries: Wungong Health Region (Armadale, Serpentine/Jarrahdale Local Government Authorities (LGA), Gosnells Health Region (Gosnells LGA) and Canning Health Region (Canning LGA). The Armadale Child Development Service (CDS) boundaries include the LGAs of Armadale, Serpentine /Jarrahdale, Gosnells and sections of the City of Canning.
