COMMON-USE ARRANGEMENT - ADVERTISING SERVICES
I refer to the “Common Use Arrangement for the Provision of Advertising Services for Campaign and Non Campaign Advertising” tender, and in particular the 2006-07 figures for the value of campaign advertising for “all customers”, and the value of non-campaign advertising for “all customers”. Of the total expenditure, how much was accounted for by - (a) universities; (b) local government; and (c) public benevolent organisations? Hon KATE DOUST
