(a) received (traffic, coronial, police investigations—separately);
(b) completed; and
(c) pending at month-end?
(2) For the same period and streams, what were the turnaround times (median and 90th percentile) from sample receipt to report?
(3) As at the last day of each month since 1 July 2021, how many pending toxicology cases were aged:
(a) >30;
(b) >60;
(c) >90;
(d) >180; and
(e) >365 days?
(4) Illicit drug chemistry: By month since July 2021, table the number of:
(a) exhibits received;
(b) exhibits completed; and
(c) exhibits pending?
(5) Trace/Physical evidence : By month since July 2021, table the number of:
(a) cases received/completed/pending;
(b) median/90th turnaround; and
(c) aged backlogs?
(6) Over the same period, how many listed court matters (committal or trial) were adjourned due to ChemCentre reports not being available by the listed date and where ChemCentre advised stakeholders of delay:
(a) Provide monthly counts and primary reason?
(7) What Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place with WA Police, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) and the Coroner for toxicology, illicit drug chemistry, and trace evidence:
(a) For each month since July 2021, what % met the SLA per stream?
(8) Since July 2021, how many matters were outsourced interstate (by stream):
(a) Provide destination lab, volume, cost, and reason?
(9) Resourcing/FTE (by laboratory: Toxicology, Illicit Drug Analysis, Trace/Fire, Reporting/Peer Review): For 2021-22 to 2024-25 and 2025-26 (YTD to 31 October 2025), table:
(a) funded FTE;
(b) occupied FTE (average); and
(c) vacancies at 31 October 2025?
