TREASURER'S
SHAREHOLDINGS — ABM RESOURCES AND MEDUSA MINING
211. Mr W.J. JOHNSTON to the
Treasurer:
I ask a supplementary question. I thank the Treasurer for his
answer regarding Medusa Mining. In respect of ABM Resources, it has another
operation in Western Australia where it is exploring for gold through the
Coyote operation. Is that a conflict of interest?

Its operations are processing in Western Australia. First, it
is not producing now. It has exploration operations in the Northern Territory,
for which it will be liable to pay royalties in the Northern Territory, not
Western Australia.
