I refer to the media release dated 7 December 2018 titled 'New grant recipients to support Collie's potential', and I ask: (a) how many submissions or applications where received for the Collie Futures Small Grants program; (b) who was responsible for the assessment of the applications; (c) what criteria was used to assess the applications; (d) did the Minister approve the grants; (e) did the Minister approve any grants that were not recommended by the body responsible for assessing the applications; (f) will the Minister table the applications or business cases of the successful grant recipients; and (g) if no to (f), why not?

(b) The Collie Futures Economic Advisory Committee assessed the applications. Due diligence was conducted by staff of the South West Development Commission, and recommendations reviewed and endorsed by the South West Development Commission Board. The recommended applications were then provided to the Minister for Regional Develoment for final approval.
(c) As set out in the grant guidelines, the following criteria were used.
