DOMESTIC GAS POLICY —
LNG JOBS TASK FORCE REPORT
573. Mrs L.M. HARVEY to the Premier:
I refer to the WA Labor government's
recent decision to change the domestic gas policy. Will the Premier outline to
the house the recommendations of a report commissioned by the LNG jobs task
force undertaken by ACIL Allen Consulting into opportunities for the
development of gas intensive downstream industries in Western Australia?

It would have been nice to have had
some notice about outlining the recommendations of a report to government for
the LNG jobs task force by ACIL Allen Consulting. I do not have that in my
head, but I can say that we are committed to domestic gas supply and our policy
is very much devoted to ensuring that happens.
