I refer to recent cuts to power supply in the Bayswater area, particularly incidents which have affected the shops opposite the Bayswater Train station (Corner Whatley Cres and King William Street) and ask: (a) how many times have power supplies been cut to the shops in this area since July 2013; (b) on what dates did these interruptions occur; (c) for each incident in (b), for how long were the shops without power and during what time period; (d) for each incident in (b), how much notice was given to business owners about the interruptions; and (e) for each incident in (b) what was the reason for the interruption?
