(1) At which Child Health Clinic is the community health nurse referred to in that statement located?
(2) At which Child Health Clinics is it anticipated the 15 child health nurses referred to in the statement will be located?
(3) Will all of these child health nurses be employed directly by the Department of Health?
(4) Have any additional child health nurses been employed by the Department of Health since the media statement of the Minister for Health dated 16 July 2012?

(1) The Child Health Nurse (CHN) is based at Lockridge Child Health Centre.
(2) CHNs will be located at Child Health Centres in the following regions of Metropolitan Perth; Valley and Hills, Wungong, Neerabup, Jackadder Lake, Peel and Fremantle. The service delivery model provides outreach services that are not necessarily based in one particular clinic.
(3) Yes.
(4) A total of 13 of the 16 CHNs have been offered and have accepted positions. The remaining 3 CHNs have been offered positions and the contract / recruitment process is being finalised. All 16 CHNs will be in place by 24 September 2012.
