I thank Hon Ray Halligan for some notice of this question. The Minister for Employment Protection has supplied the following answer - The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection, on behalf of EnergySafety, has a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Housing and Works to sublease part of the Mason Bird Building in Cannington. The space was previously subleased by the Office of Shared Services of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. The office premises in West Leederville, which were previously occupied by EnergySafety, have now been assumed by the security planning and coordination unit of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. EnergySafety is no longer responsible for the office space in West Leederville.
