I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Thornlie-Cockburn Link, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Nicholson Road Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as 1470 current dwellings, 1490 forecast dwellings by 2031, with 2050 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (ii) Ranford Road Transit Node Station Precinct (listed as 280 current dwellings, with 370 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 950 under the METRONET growth scenario)?
