(1) Who will be accompanying the Premier on the trip?
(2) Who, or which organisation, will be providing tickets to the games to the Premier and any people accompanying the Premier?
(3) Who, or which organisation, will be meeting the accommodation costs of the Premier and any people accompanying the Premier?
(4) What is the value of components of the trip (including accommodation, travel, food, refreshments and entertainment), for both the Premier and any people accompanying the Premier, that will be paid for or provided -
(a) by the Premier personally;
