recommendation 11 of the 66th report of the Standing Committee on Environment

Fractured Lives: Report on the Inquiry into Past Forced Adoption in Western
Australia , which states that the WA Government should urgently implement
integrated birth certificates.
(1) Is the minister aware that the first annual
implementation progress report of the government response to the 66th report
states that a proposed policy and legislative amendments to support the
introduction of integrated birth certificates have been drafted?
(2) Is this a government priority?
(3) What is the hold-up?
