I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
DevelopmentWA owns 220 hectares of
land zoned for strategic industry available for lease in the Collie region in
the Shotts Strategic Industrial Area, approximately seven kilometres or 10
minutes away from the Collie town site by car.
DevelopmentWA also owns over 1 000
hectares of land zoned for strategic industry available for lease in the Collie
region in the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area, approximately 54 kilometres
or 40 minutes away from the Collie town site by car.
DevelopmentWA currently has 18 lots
available at Collie Light Industrial Area priced from $127 500, excluding GST, and ranging in size from 2 000 square metres
to 15 520 square metres. Future stages will be developed subject to
increased demand.
