(a) All staff are required to adhere to the Public Sector Commission’s Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics regarding contact with Lobbyists. Direction was given verbally to all ministerial staff during a staff meeting on Thursday 13 April 2017 which was followed up with an email requesting that staff ensure that their completed “Dealings with Lobbyists” forms are registered correctly on the internal register kept within the Minister’s office.
