I refer to the "METRONET Station Precincts Gateway" document dated 09/11/2021, and I note that the document lists 25 station precincts on all lines except the Fremantle line, with page 4 indicating a potential dwelling yield of "35k new homes near stations", and I ask: (a) for each of the below station precincts for the Morley-Ellenbrook line, how many additional homes on top of the listed "current dwellings" have been delivered, since the publication of the document: (i) Bayswater Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 3520 current dwellings, with 4010 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 4010 dwellings under the METRONET growth scenario); (ii) Morley Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 2010 current dwellings, with 2600 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 3140 dwellings under the METRONET growth scenario); (iii) Noranda Transit Note Station Precinct (listed as having 2660 current dwellings, with 3080 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 3080 under the METRONET growth scenario); (iv) Malaga Town Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 810 current dwellings, with 610 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 950 under the METRONET growth scenario); (v) Bennett Springs East Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 230 current dwellings, with 210 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 960 under the METRONET growth scenario); (vi) Whiteman Park Neighbourhood Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 90 current dwellings, with 1010 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 1280 under the METRONET growth scenario); and (vii) Ellenbrook Strategic Centre Station Precinct (listed as having 1580 current dwellings, with 1870 forecast dwellings by 2031, and 2840 under the METRONET growth scenario)?

The Cook Government is continuing to drive housing supply and diversity through planning reform, improved infrastructure coordination and targeted investment.
The dwelling yields referred to are strategic capacity estimates and will be dependent on final built form outcomes. Providing this type of estimate is standard practice in strategic planning to understand the future capacity of different areas. Another example of this is demonstrated in the Perth and Peel @3.5 million land use planning and infrastructure frameworks which were initiated under the former Liberal–National Government. The State Government does not directly build most private housing.
Housing delivery depends on a range of factors, including local planning schemes being kept up to date by local government. Low-density controls in local planning schemes continue to dominate many well-located areas of Perth.
This is why the Cook Government has acted decisively to assume planning responsibility for station precincts, ensuring these strategically important areas can meet their full potential.
