(2) How long has each vacant
position been vacant?

some notice of this question.
(1) Four positions are currently
vacant.
(2) They have
been vacant since 10 July 2016—and two positions from 26 November 2015
and 29 June 2016 respectively.
(3) An appointment process is
underway. An announcement will be made when that process is completed.
